Prehistoric Origins
We go back to the roots of humanity, and even the beginning of art. The carving of characters and symbols in teeth, horns and bones of hunted animals was an important part of life for our ancestors.
Art as cult was closely associated with hunting magic and rituals. The oldest works of art in the world are engraved pieces of mammoth ivory. They still bear witness to the struggle of the artists with themselves, with nature, and with the materials with which they worked.
